The 22.2.1 is designed to be mounted on the front face of the drywall surface and then to be completely covered with drywall mud. It will fit all standard double gang junction boxes and will accept any two of the 22.3 operative components. It can be rotated in 90° intervals to allow for different hole arrangements. The intent of this piece is, in conjunction with the other 22.2 cover plates, to allow a random composition of dots on a wall similar to a constellation. Sold in boxes of 10.
