Cage is inspired by miners' and workers' lamps. The protective metal cage (from which it takes it's name) becomes a decorative element in Cage. Cage emits an almost magical light of varying intensities and can be used in various settings, both at home and in commercial spaces: from unconventional to more traditional spaces.
The table version has the total versatility of building site lamps: it can be hung, moved or placed on any surface or on the floor. Once positioned it can become an ironic desk lamp, which plays on its resemblance to a microphone.
