Designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Kartell, the FLY suspension lamp combines color with light and transparency. Made in methacrylate, the FLY cover is not perfectly hemispherical but is cut off just below the mid-point to collect the most light. The Fly light is available in a rainbow of translucent colors and two solid colors and brings to mind floating soap bubbles with iridescent reflections of light.
